1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We only collect what you send us through our forms:

  • Consultation form: name, company, country, main product, email, phone/WhatsApp, target markets, export experience, website and your message.
  • Request for Quote (RFQ) form: name, company, country, email, phone, product, specifications, quantity, destination, delivery terms, target date, target price and your message.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising or analytics tools on this website.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your request and contact you about it.
  • To prepare quotations and connect buyers with suitable Iranian suppliers, or manufacturers with foreign buyers.
  • To buy or sell goods with you directly, including quotations, orders, contracts, shipping and customs documents.
  • To keep a record of our business communication.

We never sell your information.

4. Who helps us (service providers)

  • Form delivery: Web3Forms (Farsi forms) and FormSubmit (other languages) pass your form to our email.
  • Spam protection: captcha services check that you are a real person.
  • Hosting: Cloudflare hosts the website and may record technical data such as your IP address for security.
  • Images: some photos load from Unsplash, which can see your IP address.
  • Messaging: if you contact us on WhatsApp or WeChat, those apps’ own privacy policies apply.

These providers may process data outside your country.

5. Sharing with suppliers, buyers and logistics partners

To answer a request or complete a trade, we may share the business details (product, quantity, destination) with potential suppliers or buyers, and the details needed for shipping and customs with freight forwarders, customs brokers and banks. We share your personal contact details only with your permission or when a trade requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your messages as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and delete them when no longer needed or when you ask us to.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. We reply within one business day.

8. Security

We use reputable service providers and secure (HTTPS) connections, but no internet transmission is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
